🤝We conducted a working visit to the Boiarska community and share the results.
During the visit, the working group had three tasks:
1. Discuss the request to develop a community communication strategy and fill the website with information about anti-corruption work.
2. Conduct verification of an anonymous survey regarding the state of anti-corruption work in the community.
3. Interviewing managers and employees regarding specific issues of establishing anti-corruption work, activities of the authorized person for the prevention of corruption.
We have the following results of the working meeting:
🔹 conducted an analysis of community information resources;
🔹 defined strategic goals of communication in the community;
🔹developed the structure of the section "Anti-corruption work";
🔹 analyzed anti-corruption work;
🔹provided recommendations on strengthening anti-corruption work.
The creation of a risk register and the development of a communication strategy and an anti-corruption program are ahead.
The working visit to the Boiarska community was carried out within the framework of the project "Transparent community reconstruction: tools for public involvement" with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation.
