Integrity is our basic principle and key tool for the functioning of a sustainable organization. We are convinced that this is the basis of any effective organization.
The concept of integrity isn't defined in Ukrainian legislation. However, this term has become the main one among the principles of sustainable development. So how can "integrity" be displayed?
The essence of this value is reflected in the English word "integrity", the Cambridge Dictionary interprets it as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change.
But in one of the decisions of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, integrity is interpreted as a positive moral quality that characterizes the readiness and ability of an individual to consciously and steadfastly orient his/her activities and behavior to the principles of goodness and justice. Integrity is the key to an excellent reputation and efficiency, both personal and corporate. That is, this quality is inherent not only to an individual, but also to any organization. An effective organization must achieve its goals in a way that benefits the state, its customers and employees. This is possible only by observing the principle of integrity - when you act honestly, transparently and responsibly.
The components of an integrity organization should be:
