Today, a working meeting was held with representatives of the Boiarska community regarding the implementation of the preparatory stage of the assessment of corruption risks.
The assessment of corruption risks is the heart of the project, because it is based on it that the risk register and, in the end, the anti-corruption program of the community will be formed.
🔎 Corruption risk assessment consists of the following stages:
1. Preparatory stage.
2. Analysis of the environment and determination of the scope of risk assessment.
3. Determination of corruption risks and creation of a register of risks.
4. Analysis of corruption risks and their description.
5. Determination of levels of corruption risks.
🎯 At the first stage, it is important to implement the following steps:
1. Prepare an order/order on the assessment of corruption risks.
2. Form a personal composition of the working group from representatives of divisions.
3. Develop and approve regulations on the working group's work order.
4. Conduct trainings for the working group.
5. Draw up a plan for the work of the working group.
It was these points and the details of their implementation that were discussed during the meeting. The implementation of this stage will last until the end of December.
