The Foundation for Institutional Development — 2 years! 🎈🎉
Today we celebrate the second anniversary of our activity, and this is a great opportunity to look back on our achievements, share our plans for the future and thank our team, which remains in Ukraine today and shares expertise for the development of our country, the fastest victory and recovery.
The FID for two years of work:
✅ Implemented 3 projects thanks to which we:
▪️ we piloted our own system of implementing anti-corruption compliance in communities, thanks to which we successfully established this system in 3 communities;
▪️ for the first time among public sector organizations, they developed and conducted training for community leaders on anti-corruption management and building integrity;
▪️ developed an online course for employees of local self-government bodies with tips for establishing anti-corruption work and work with corruption risks at Diia.Education: https://cutt.ly/bw0tqQ5O
▪️ in order to increase the role of the public in ensuring the transparency of the activities of authorities, we have developed an online simulator: https://cutt.ly/Xw0aebOp
and conducted more than 5 trainings;
▪️ initiated the development of a system of providing psychological assistance to whistleblowers in Ukraine;
▪️ started an open Telegram community for anti-corruption officials;
▪️ the FID’s experts conducted more than 30 practical trainings for anti-corruption commissioners to develop their professional skills.
✅ During this time, we had the honor of working with cool national public organizations. At the national level, we have state bodies and educational institutions among our partners. At the international level, we cooperate with British public organizations — Parrhesia and The Ethical Support Alliance.
We thank our partners, the FID’s team, and our audience for their fruitful work and faith in our common cause. Two years of work were fruitful thanks to you.
Separately, we express our gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, without whom we wouldn’t have been able to work.
There are still many plans, projects, opportunities and challenges ahead, but we are sure that together we will achieve even more success!
