How can we reduce corruption in local self-government? By having proactive and experienced anti-corruption officers in every community.
📅 On September 18–19 in Kyiv, a two-day training was held for anti-corruption officers of local governments, focused on establishing effective anti-corruption practices.
⤵️ During the training, participants:
• Enhanced their skills in managing corruption risks Â
• Learned the latest methods for assessing and handling corruption risks Â
• Gained practical tools to minimize corruption risks on the ground Â
Two days of intensive training, experience sharing, and hands-on exercises enabled the officers not only to acquire theoretical knowledge but also to develop real solutions for combating corruption in their communities.
The training was organized by the project "Transparency and accountability of local self-government bodies through the implementation of anti-corruption tools" is implemented with the support of the European Union and the International Renaissance Foundation within the framework "European Renaissance of Ukraine" project.Â
