✅ To the sounds of sirens and explosions, training 2.0 took place in the hero city of Mykolaiv "Organization and control of anti-corruption activities during reconstruction" for compliance officers of self-government bodies.
The training was dedicated to the professional development of compliance officers. The experts taught the participants how to effectively organize anti-corruption work and perform work functions stipulated by the professional standard.
The following topics were also in focus:
▪️ anti-corruption management of the organization;
▪️ rights and guarantees of the compliance officers;
▪️ internal and external interaction of the authorized person during the performance of professional tasks;
▪️ establishing communication of anti-corruption work in the organization.
It was not without sharing experiences, solving professional dilemmas and forming a community of like-minded people.
🎯 The result - we have twenty more motivated and professional compliance officers, who are ready to continue working on building a integrity environment in self-government bodies.
The training was held within the framework of the project «Transparent community recovery through risk management and compliance development», which is implemented with the support by the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) — the leading anti-corruption support program in Ukraine funded by the EU, co-funded, and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
