👩🏻🏫 Training of compliance officers of local self-government isn't just a formality, but an important element of building transparent, fair and integrity communities.
On December 13, the Foundation for Institutional Development held a training "Organization and control of anti-corruption activities during reconstruction" for twenty motivated compliance officers of local self-government bodies to teach them how to effectively organize anti-corruption work and perform work functions stipulated by the professional standard.
During the training, the Foundation's experts @ also talked with the participants about:
▪️ anti-corruption management of the organization;
▪️ rights and guarantees of compliance officers;
▪️ internal and external interaction of the compliance officer during the performance of professional tasks;
▪️ work algorithms and life hacks for the implementation of labor functions of a professional standard;
▪️ establishing communication of anti-corruption work in the organization.
🎯 In general, the training became a platform for exchanging opinions, solving professional dilemmas and forming a community of compliance officers of local self-government.
The training was held within the framework of the project «Transparent community recovery through risk management and compliance development», which is implemented with the support by the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) — the leading anti-corruption support program in Ukraine funded by the EU, co-funded, and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
