🤔Why is this training important and relevant?
The compliance officer must constantly be the leader of anti-corruption requirements for the organization's personnel. Unconditionally, the majority of authorized persons don’t have a pedagogical education, and adult education has its own special methods. In addition, anti-corruption legislation is specific and difficult to understand.
âť“Therefore, the question arises: how and where to pump such professional skills? That is why we have developed a unique program for adapting the requirements of the ISO international standard for the formation of staff awareness of anti-corruption regulations using modern methods and tools. So, during training, the authorized persons will learn about: interactive methods of teaching adults, rules for developing corporate policies, forms of communication of anti-corruption work.
That is why the project was implemented, which in the future can solve this problem forever.
