Experts of the Foundation for Institutional Development continue to strengthen the institute of anti-corruption commissioners in Ukraine.
Recently, experts of the Foundation for Institutional Development conducted two trainings for authorized persons on issues of prevention and detection of corruption of administrations/local self-government/communal enterprises in the city of Poltava.
1️. Anti-corruption management training.
2️. Training "Control of compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation: advice for the authorized person."
The first training was focused on anti-corruption management, where the participants studied strategic approaches to the implementation of anti-corruption programs, the development and implementation of policies to prevent corruption risks, as well as the evaluation of the effectiveness of these measures. They also mastered the corruption risk management methodology and anti-corruption communication.
The experts shared practical advice and cases that will help to effectively establish the work of anti-corruption commissioners and ensure awareness of anti-corruption issues in the organization.
During the second training, the participants received comprehensive information on methods of control and prevention of conflicts of interest, learned how to conduct an effective analysis of counterparties, and also familiarized themselves with the basics of document authentication and anti-corruption examination.
This knowledge is extremely important for authorized persons who are responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-corruption norms in their organizations.
The event was organized with the assistance of the UNDP in Ukraine within the framework of the project "EU4Recovery — Empowering Communities in Ukraine" with the financial support of the European Union.
